An experienced hotelier currently overseeing four hotels and seven commercial/residential properties. Mr. Creasy presents keen skills in P&L management, sales, customer satisfaction, and operational technologies. He takes pride in running exemplary day-to-day operations and fosters a culture where team members want to work.

With over twenty-four years of experience in ownership, management, and hotel operations, Mr. Gajjar excels in overseeing brand standard implementation, renovations and their budgeting, and the integration of advanced technology. He places an emphasis on positive employee relations, understanding that a motivated team is crucial to exceptional guest experiences.
